Qt5webkit.dll

I have a problem, i tried to start rFactor2 and it says that i have that dll missing, i tried to put it and still the same.

 

Same for me. What happens?

Using avast! guys? Temporarily disabling avast! allowed me to run rF2 after encountering the same problem. The .dll was only missing after avast! had quarantined it.

Although, makes me wonder, why was I able to play the game with avast! ON the last week until today.

 

Hi I have the same problem but disabling avast doesn't seem to work and I can't find the dll in the virus chest

 

just download the core and install over current

 

That will indeed restore the file, was the first thing i did. Trouble was the problem repeated after that, for me at least.
Seems like it's a false positive with avast!, hopefully a definition update will fix???

 

Those of you who have problems with Qt5WebKit.dll try to unpack it into the rfactor2 root. I also had problems with this. You do not need to reinstall. This one is clean and i use this one on my com. https://www.dropbox.com/s/8qmqyxaf0ayhrby/Qt5WebKit.rar
