pTool isnt starting

Hi, after reading the documentation adn than also asking in the modding part of the forum, i need to ask here as it seems ot be a problem.


when i try to run pTool by adding +pTool parametr in launcher for DevMod, it does not work.
The Process in Task manager starts, i even see the rf2 icon on the bottom win bar and my cursor changes design, but that is it.
Any ideas? both game and devmode are build 660

I don't know. Does ModDev basically work (meaning, without using one of the tools)? Is it installed in a writable directory?

 

I just tested, and for me both the +ptool and +ttool options work fine. When you see the icon in the task bar, can you activate it through Alt/Tab?

 

MikeeCZ - I think I see the problem. Try copying a good config.ini file (from the UserData directory) to the root rFactor2 directory.
