Is it possible to make the background flash when you should shift? If not, that would be a neat addition.
Hi Coutie, I would say so, but which background? The gear widget? The whole dash? Having said that, there are already 2 widgets which you can use when you build your own custom dash as shown below... They are the Gear with shift indicators and the rev counter bar as shown below. The Gear Indicator has two led, one on each side of the gear. It tells you when you have to down-shift or up-shift. Let me know if these fill your requirement, otherwise I'll be happy to do something else, but please be more specific
I was thinking the dash background. I never noticed the lights on the gear indicator. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
Did anyone test if this plugin works after a driver swap, when joining as spectator to take over a car ? Sure hope it does!
I can confirm that it works, just did a swap-test with a team mate, this is BRILLIANT! Thanks for this great plugin, B1K3R
I have been able to get the widgets to appear, or, show a full screen collection on a tablet, but I'm not getting any data. Win10 x64 and Steam if that matters. Nothing updates, nothing displays on either the in=game widgets or the remote tablet.
Hi, Just a few checks: 1. Did you copy the dlls to the rF2 plugins folder? 2. When the app opened, did you choose rF2 and click on Start Listener? 3. Are the LEDs Web Stream and Plugin Stream green? You can also get me the log file (Settings => Enable Logs) Cheers
That was it. I had copied the dlls folder into the rFactor2 folder. So it was one layer too deep. ...rfactor2/rfactor2/bin64/... Got it working, both on screen and on the tablet. Thanks!
hi, it is still possible to reduce the size of the widget on screen? I can't find the icons "+" and "-" Can you add the widget of fuel? (fuel consumption per lap, estimated remaining laps...)
Hi, The +/- buttons have been removed from the widget itself because it was leaving undesired effects for it to be used in different devices. Instead, you can safely do the same thing from the web editor. 1. Click on the Build/Edit Dashboard section. 2. Create a new dash with either all of the widgets together displayed as you wish or created a dash separately for each one of them 3. You can grab the corner of each inner widget and outer container and resize as you wish. You can also Zoom in/out any part as long as its selected 4. You can also create your own customized widgets first by clicking on "Create My Widgets"! Save it and it can be chosen as seen above 5. Once you save any new dash, you will also find it on the dash manager Hope this helps! Cheers
Hi Eddy, It should work but let me know if not do you have any custom dashboards that you need to save? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
Thanks for your response. No don't need to save dashboards in fact never used your dash. The port forwarding thingy kept me from trying and still i dunno if i understand exactly. But this is so beautifull and you did so much work for it. That i want to try. Anyway thanks for your work on this
Is it possible to export and import custom dash to different installation ? Their is one now.. but I think we need the re-talk about that BIKER it still give weird things because when you press ESC to garage during practice or after a pitstop, the widget still think that I GAINED fuel and base the calculation on that... Maybe the calculation should be base on LAST lap instead of the AVERAGE lap...
