Hi there. I have a really annoying problem with stutters during races. The thing is that i lose a tol of time compared to other drivers several times in a race because of it. It happened to me before when i had some miner sodtware running on background eating away 80 per cent of my CPU. This time however i know it is not the case. During the race i noticed nothing weird about the CPU bar or GPU. I have a video of it of some of the time it happened. My specs are: -I5 7600K at 4.5 Ghz -GTX 1070 8gb -16gb 2666mhz memory -ethernet cable connection directly from motherboard -MSI Z170a Tomahawk board Much appreciated, João Pitães
It is online. The thing is that i never have issues in other games. It happens everytime anyone joins the session or leaves. But it also happens randomly. My internet isnt bad. But i know it looks like spikes of some sort. It is frustating cause it takes a lot of practice to reach race day and just see the other cars vanish because i stay stuck for half a second or so.
I think it could be a problem on server side or a problem with your connection with this particular server. You should check ping or try other server to see if still happens
i cant remember the short cut (something like crtl 1, shift +1...), sorry. But before getting in the server this information is showed Ah, i think you cant see the shortcut in control settings
Just saw it. You just have hit number 2 edit: just remember thats could be not your fault. It could be a server problem or someone in the server causing it (i think). You should try another server to be sure
Check upstream and downstream in your player.json (or multiplayer.json) increase the values there according to your connection to see if that helps That does look like CPU spikes tho
Thanks. Both were 128. I am pretty sure i overshot with 1024 for both. But i will try this and if it doesnt work i will also try 512 or 256.
Btw i know what you talking about.I had cpu spikes before because of some virus. But now the CPU doesnt get anywere near half of his capacity
