Do any of the plug ins work now with the DX11 update? And if so, how or which one's? Or are there any new one's available?
The ones that most people want, unfortunately draw to the screen. These are things like track map and ffb meters. Hopefully once the new UI is released some of that functionality will be included or A solution can be found for 3rd party modders. For those of us who use VR, not having with names floating over the race cars in front of and behind us is a real pain in the butt. I desperately want that back.
S397 told in a Roadmap that they would begin to develop a new system to draw on the screen, after the release of the UI. Then we can suppose that this new system will not be avalaible in short term. Meanwhile we have SimHub to show the info.
Can't you just press the Tab key to remove the floating name labels? Or is that somehow disabled in VR?
The floating tabs are disabled in VR. It's not possible to show the driver names. But you can show the name of the pilots near to you in a list with SimHub, as Trackmap did.
