Update... v0.6 has a better road feel, the grass WILL throw you for a loop if you get caught up in it. One can now tell the difference between driving on the pavement and driving on the grass. Amazing. Baby steps. Once point to point timing is figured out, an update will be released as v 0.7. THEN real road will be implemented, come hell or high water.

Oh jeez, I hate to be the kind of person that post a new update every day or two, but this second update today is pretty necessary. After much trial and error, I've finally resolved the broken point to point timing issue. No more danger of setting 4 second laps New link is in the OP. Sorry about that, guys

Thanks for the update! It's great to have an all-paved PP. Does the real-world road have such a high and consistent crown? And in terms of the sim, is the draw distance maxed out? There are a few areas where you can see the scenery "edge" being drawn in. Overall, a great addition to our collection of available tracks.
Its been years since ive driven the virtual pikes peak! Not since DIRT 1!! Thanks for this I look forward to seeing where it goes in the future!
