[REL] Peugeot Sport 207s2000 1.52

Just a quick update... new build 1.47:
- remade old icons and added icons for new WEB UI (Tarmac and Gravel)
- fixed link to skin Magalhaes VEH #4 GR

first post has been updated with build 1.52:
- revised all skins to IBL/PBR standard
- reordered all 180 VEH (Tarmac + Gravel) per # for better list

I was updated the mod also because in the next weeks I'll release another old rFactor mod that deserved to be updated to rFactor 2 and that will fight against the 207S2000 4WD, on-road (Tarmac class) and off-road (Gravel class). More info into an incoming thread....
