I decided to overclock my monitor from 60Hz to 75Hz via nvidia control panel But i can't see any way to get 75Hz option in video settings. The 75Hz option simply doesn't appear.It still shows 60Hz MAX. So i would like to know how to enable this refresh rate (75Hz) in RF2.
I think the information for refresh rate comes from the monitor via windows. Using the Nvidia control panel may be bypassing that and rF2 might not be able to access that change. However, make sure the video config correctly lists your video card and does not display AUTO. Don't know if that will free up more available refresh rate options. You may have to manually edit an .inf file and even that might not last past your first reboot.
I changed windows settings to 75Hz as well. there is a option in widows and i checked that. So my windows is running on 75Hz. Regarding the selecting correct video card i have done that as well. selected my GPU instead of AUTO. I don't think i saw refresh rate settings in .ini file where is it ? in documents?
It's been so long since I dug into stuff like that, I can't really say. I was going on foggy memories of years ago. look at the dx11.ini in the user data folder. There is a video refresh rate= but It does not supply a list of available options.
