Hi guys, I am using Oreca 07 in Le Mans 2022 track and want to thank 397 and Coutie for opening up official Le Mans 2022 server.

With the least downforce setting on the rear wing and Le Mans dive plane aero package and ecu at quali setting, Oreca still won't go faster than 195 mph on Mulsanne straight whereas the real car goes over 215. What am I missing here to achieve faster speed?

Thank you very much for sharing with me your setup! Saw you still clocking at mid 3:23 on the server. My best with my own setup was low 3:25 hitting 317km. Will try yours now.

I'm only doing 3:32s also about 317-320km at mulsane. I'm quite out of practice at Le mans. Its one of those tracks where you can squeeze in better laps with a lot of practice.

Yeah I ment 3:33 not 3:23, although I saw someone at a server called PTES 24H Le Mans 23 clocking 3:23 in that Oreca 07.
I couldn't find the file you sent me so kept working on it and started to do low 33's and high 32's during race. If you could send me your setup I would really appreciate it. Otherwise, thank you very much for helping me!

It sounds weird, but I am checking my pedal calibration from time to time inside rF2 ...

Do the reals Car gain 215 mph alone or in Slip Stream?
I've tested the Oreca, with the Le Mans Settings, on my Le Mans no Chicane Layout, to have a longer Straight and end with a max Speed on the Mulsanne of ~ 198 mph.
But the Rpm is at ~ 8150 only, so you have ~ 800 RpM left to get a bit quicker in Slip Stream. ;)
But to go 215+ mph alone, the Engine doesn't have enough Power as it seems.

@cyrusyn here is 3 setups. First is from sep. 2022. The 2 others are with small changes from this weekend.
You can also see setup in the end of the video I posted here.

Bear in mind, these setups work with my driving style and a lot of others can drive quite faster with their setups and skills.

The default oreca 07 setup drags the bottom of the car at higher speeds. So any Le Mans setp needs stiffer spring and probably a few mm increase in ride ht.

Fast drivers, and because the oreca havent followed the changed regulation where it have been slowed down according to hypercar.

I'd be careful to make accusations like that ;)
It's the overall car setup and skill.
Lowest aero, Lowest fuel, lowest ride hight without bottoming, many laps and a bit of luck.
Just countless hours in this SIM, No cheating involved.

It's called cheating. No idea how.
Well, you just don't know much about what you can achieve with this car then.
I'm not a top driver and even I have already done a 3'23"2xx with this car on Le Mans.
The Vanwall is a shitbox, and the thing is, it's way better in rF2 than the real one.
