Not necessarily, just so far we haven't worked out what's going wrong. You've never run rF2 in 64 bit so it's not like we know something has broken.

So you don't use Rivatuner?

And which antivirus do you use?
 
I had a brief chat with @ajt60 on Discord yesterday. Apparently the 64 bit version of rF2 is not the only program that won't start. Same goes for Assetto Corsa for example. So I did end up advising him to re-install Windows. Let's see if that helps...
