I used to race rf1 daily, just getting back into racing rf2. i`m way behind the learning curve for rf2. today i tryed going thru rf2 online to test my puter/connection. i tried several different servers. only 1 i could join was the isi ac cobra server, that worked fine. tried 3 other servers and it came up with i had to dload either the track and/or mod. my question would be, where is it dloading to? i have my rf2 on another drive, not the c drive.

I have the steam version of RF2, where in steam do i find servers to race on?

I cant get the seach to find what i`m looking for. if anyone has links, i will read them for the answers. thanks for your help.

It downloads to the default package folder.

    Drive:\rFactor2\Packages

    Not sure with Steam

Non-steam you can use as many package folders as you like.

Still you must change to the appropriate folder before you download from remote content.

Down loading from GET MOD will use the default folder no matter.

I think the tracks/mods downloaded via Getmod are always in root-rF-folder, no matter what settings, not sure if it somehow works in another way.

Do not make the folder per say, let ISI do it.

    1. Open mod Manager
    2. Click on the "B" ( lower right hand corner ) under heading " Packages Dir: "
    3. Add your new Package location.

Click on "B" again to add a 3rd one and so forth.

    OR

    1. Open Launcher
    2. Click Content
    3. Highlight Local Content
    4. Click on the + sign ( lower leftt hand corner )
    5. Add your new Package location.

Click on "+" again to add a 3rd one and so forth.

    Already said that.
