So about 10 days ago I ordered another TS-PC Racer because it was on sale again for $399 US and I wanted a backup for the one I already have. It arrived and there was an issue with the quick release, I couldn't attach any wheel rim to it. So I requested an exchange, they sent a mailing label and off I sent it. The next day I check the status online and there was no exchange in the system, just a return. So I used the chat feature and they switched it to an exchange. Five days go by and my replacement not only hasn't shipped, they are now out of stock. They didn't notify me, I had to check myself. So I do what any 51 year old would do, I wrote them a stern email Long story short: A manager called me and said they were sending me a TS-XW Racer Sparco P310 Competition Mod (which costs $699 US) at no extra cost for the inconvenience. Boom Sometimes it pays to complain, kids.
