We have race with Group C mod, on 1131 dont working Temperatures of Oil and Water... - 1130 -> closed grill, full boost have on Hunadiers over the 100° Water and Oil - 1131 -> same setup, and i can do 10 laps and Water is on 40° and Oil 82°.... (Sorry i don´t have image from 1131) Same problem we have with Oreca, GT3...

The engine oil and water temp are not properly simulated in rf2, i think only downside of going such high temp is engine wear but that takes ages. also temp have no effect on power / torque as well. so basically u out smallest radiator or maximum tape on radiator most of the time.
Many mods will kill the engine quickly with maximum tape, except for now with this bug. Hence the thread.
i have yet to come across such car, maybe i don't run long races ...idk. still for me atleast it is best to keep it at maximum tape.
The fix for this in the patch today appears to have had a knock on issue for the BTCC cars - they start overheating (I've only tested Focus, but have heard others in Hyundai having the same issue). Even on default setup (lowest tape) and cool temperatures, after 4-5 laps they start smoking.
