The biggest problem for us in Brazil is that the value of the DLC here is a direct conversion of the value in Dollar/Euro from other countries.

This happens only with the DLCs. The game for example has a value correction, which makes it more accessible in countries with devalued currency. That helps a lot.

rFactor 2 - Game:
Euro - € 29,99
Brazil - R$ 61,99

Sebring:
Euro - € 8,99
Brazil - R$ 38,11

GT3 Challengers Pack:
Euro - € 10,00
Brazil - R$ 63,50

For us GT3 Challengers Pack is more expensive than rFactor 2.
The values in Euro I found on the internet. Correct me if I'm wrong.

As I see it you pay correct price for DLCs but rf2 game is half the price for Brazilians?

Every game has price adjusted for different countries, it's up to the dev how much he wanna lose doing this. Some costs 30% less than base price, some 50% less. Steam gives the suggestion but the final word is from the dev according to what Renato (Reiza) said once.
But I guess since S397 didn't get rF2 from begining it was not worth reducing the price for the DLC.
Still we cant put the blame on small studios paying their bills in euro... most of these countries with bad prices suffer from poor choices from the people, Brazil is no different. In fact it's even worse, we let ourselves get fooled for 20+ years. But this is true for the whole region. Latin America should be the most powerfull and rich region in the world...

I guess this is only for those whose local currency is accepted by Steam? You are paying in Brazil Real, right?
Sorry for off topic.

Think it's done with regards to how strong the local currency is against the Dollar. It's actually more expensive to buy RF2 in the UK than in Russia.
Sounds as fair system if all currencies were supported.
It is nonsensical that people in my country or some other countries need to pay full price while Norwegians, Japanese, people from Hong Kong pay less!?

@Filip When Pehr G. Gyllenhammar asked if Swedish people wants to change half of the shares to Volvo against half of Norwegian oil you guys shouldn't voted no. Today Norway is one of the world's richest countries and people has high salaries and Swedish people must pay the price full EU price. Life is life ;)

Interesting, but I am not Swedish but Croatian. Btw I am not complaining about my self.
It is a bit ridiculous to me that users coming from richest world economies get discounts but people from "poor" countries pay full price.
As if Polish Zloty is stronger currency than Norwegian Krone so Polish people have to pay more?
People from Greece pay twice as much as people from Hong Kong?
Steam conversion table seems severely lacking in that regard.
I would like to see meaning behind these numbers.

P.S.
It turns out most vocal users here from Brazil should be happy they got high on the list.
There are many more countries whose people pay much more for rf2.

Certainly for us it helps a lot that prices are lower here in Brazil. We can´t complain about this.
So much so that I would like this policy to extend to the DLCs as well.
Even the DLCs having a full value here, I bought a few. But unfortunately it is difficult to make a league whole buy it. Many find it expensive. This difficult to have a good grid.
Our time zone also does not help, and we could not join a European championship during the week. Thus, to have grid, the great majority of the leagues here use free mods. And that further discourages the purchase of DLCs, since the few who buy have nowhere to drive.
