Offical Document about RCD (Talent) Files?

Hello everyone!
Are there any official documents from the developers of rfactor2 regarding the creation of RCD (Talent) files?

I'm asking because I've already found a user guide here in the forum, but it's quite old and not all questions have been answered here either, which values are still really used in contrast to RF1 and how they affect the UI or AIW affect settings.

Official information would be desirable here. Especially for people like me who would like to have the most exciting AI races possible.

Is it possible to use a different RCD file for each racetrack?
For example, Lime Rock RCD File x and Portland RCD File y? If so, how?

For what I know about RCD funtion, no...sorry. You should change the Class of AI drivers for each Track, in order to get for every new track a specific RCD.
But, in my opinion, when You compile for a mod a good, realistic RCD, then You can change performances of drivers through special HDV setting with Upgrades.

Maybe someone more skilled than me on this argument will tell You on this Forum some more.

Yes, its possible. You can add those track specific settings into the rcd file.
