ive noticed this at old spa, not sure ive seen on any other track, but looks really bad, almost like an over exposed photo... As I do random time I cant tell you what time of day this occurs.. but its not hard to replicate.
That would be underexposed, rather than overexposed. Time of day would help a LOT. If you switch HUD screens you would be able to find out what time it is.
