Hi, Is anyone else having an issue whereby the Nurburgring GP will only run a race for 1hr, and with a full formation lap (or 2) not a rolling start? Other tracks seem to be ok, accepting random race times and starting options, just not this one... Anyone got any ideas where/what I should look into. TIA
Sorry, the official downloadable pack from S397 including the Nordschleife etc, recently released (well I say recently, maybe a few months ago now!) Track is Nurburgring 1.51, Nurburgring Grand Prix 2019.
And what exactly is the issue? Sorry, that question got lost in my first post. Rolling start with a racelength of 3 hours works for me, even if the grid has to run 2 formation laps. Or i skip the formation lap, to let them start after the first formation lap.
No worries, the issue is that the Time and Race start type are ignored for this circuit. So when I set Race Time to 25 minutes, it will run for 1 hour. If I set it to 45 minutes it will still be an hour race. If I select Fast Rolling Start (not sure of this is the correct name, but the one where you have a rolling start from the last corner) is ignored in favour of a formation lap with 1 or 2 laps before race start. I've switched circuits and all works fine.
