I had some interactions with LuisB and he did not come out as an easy person to cooperate with and, from memory, he rejoined the forum around 4 years (after having left for years), left again, rejoined again and, apparently, left again. If that was due to his account being stolen, or not, I don't know, but last time I read something he wrote, he seemed to have moved back to AC.
I could try to relay a message to him via Steam, if anyone would like me to.

Yeah, seems that the guy likes to work as a lone wolf, what a shame, so much potential for the community lost.

I did have a little different Experience with him.
I was in contact with him a lot, when i modified some of his Tracks, because they didn't work in Windows 7 and i didn't have any Problem to communicate with him.
So i would say that it worths it to send him a Request.
