Not launching

I am on the launch page, and i go to start up the software. The logo comes up and then it crashes and goes back to the launch page. I have tried uninstalling the software and it still will not work.

how can I fix this?

What are your computer specs?

If you have uninstalled the software of coarse it won't work.
99% of the time uninstalling and reinstalling the software will achieve nothing except waste time, the problem is elsewhere.
