    Xmas over, Mr Hanky has already visited....time to drive.

    Gutted at first, really bad stutter (GTX660, everything full), first time I ever got that in RF2.
    Turned track and textures down to medium and.....

    WOW.

    Not only does the track still look utterly amazing, all of it, but smooth as butter as well.
    Chucked a heap of AI on as well and still running great.

    Such a great feeling to come off the back of the road and into the Stadium section, wonderful.

    Superb job all. Thanks gents! :)

    A little annoying thing with this track and the live timing:

    The track name contains a "?" ==> Nordschleife2 24H N?RBURGRING

    So i can't make a trackmap for this track... :(

    The server is down for a while. For some reason it decided it wanted to make people download the mod for another server.....

    I'll sort it after I've enjoyed boxing day

    Quick question; I'm running 40 AI and using 7gb of my 8gb of RAM; anyone running very high car counts tell me roughly how much RAM you are using? Thanks.

    Just tried it with the URD Endurance mod 1.81. With 104 cars (all models + skins) at max detail the rF2 process takes around 7GB RAM. What you can't see in task manager is the additional 1.7GB "System GPU Memory" (I have a 2GB GTX670) reserved by Windows (or graphics driver) to load all the textures and mirror them into VRAM when needed (you will notice the constant stutter and bad performance when this happens).
    Try to reduce detail (opponent detail, texture detail). The first half of the green bar, when pressing "Ctrl + f" twice in game, should always be visible.
    The full bar represents physical GPU memory + System GPU memory. If you have a 2GB gfx card, directx reports in most cases something around 4GB VRAM (in the video settings). If all physical VRAM is used up the gfx driver can allocate System RAM (2GB) to load more textures. The downside is, System RAM is slow and it takes some time to load (mirror) the missing textures from System RAM to VRAM (stutter).

    Hi, and big thanks for this hours of work. :)

    I need a good HDR Profil, the Track looks like a "Cartoon" in the normal Daylight Time
    between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM...

    Is there a good HDR Profil? Thanks

    Test the track with last build and feels great!

    Kind of rusty with rFactor2. How do I get more than 29 AI to show up in this tracks menu?

    With what resolution and graphic settings did you run the test mentioned above? Does this mean that 2 GB of GPU Memory and a minimum of 10 GByte system memory is recommended if the mod is supposed to be used with all settings maxed in rFactor?

    P.S.: Hopefully you can do a quick update to rename the track and avoid the German "ΓΌ" ;-)
