Dear rFactor, Recently after i formatted my pc and reinstalled everything i got the message i was out of activations and needed to contact a certain email adress, so i did but no response. When typing in my problem in google i got like five different email adresses wich i should send a email to all from the rfactor.net site, quite confusing to be honest maybe check the site and make 1 point for this issue.. So i send an email to every adress last thursday, but untill now no response... I hope that i can get my rFactor2 reactivated true this way because i am out of options and starting to get a bit annoyed to be honest. Ive send an email to: purchase@rfactor.net renewals@rfactor.net activations@rfactor.net But no response... I hope my problem can be solved this way. Thanks. Bram
It appears from your description that you sent yourself to our spam folder, which has probably slowed your response down, or even stopped it. http://rfactor.net/web/docs/why-am-i-not-getting-a-responseemails-from-isi/ I've just reset your activations though, try now.
Dear Tim, The activation was succesfull, but i cant get the multiplayer to become active. When i log in using the same information used to activate is says INVALID CREDENTIALS. Any idear what the problem may be? Thanks Bram
Hi Tim, Same problem here. I sent an email to purchase@rfactor.net on 17 November and to activation@rfactor.net day after. Still no response. I did check my spam folder. Are you able to help me? Thanks
