Hi new bloke here, I have installed build 90 first time install, all the car and track mods and as the title suggests no engine sounds for all the cars other than the 60's F1 cars, all the others I just hear wind noise, ambient sounds, and that's it. Scoured the forum for a solution but it looks like I am the only one...Ideas anyone? I am stumped.
Okay quick fix, it seems for us the core program is not picking up the sound files in the rFactor 2 folder located in the My Documents folder. So Merge the Sound folder from the rFactor folder in My Documents with the one in the main rFactor folder. That worked for me.
