I just rebuilt my system 2 weeks ago, and have not installed in anticipation of this update.. all fresh and clean.. BUT seriously I have been very very patient till .... well.... NOW!

Personally I prefer a full patch but hey it's ISI that decides

just did my own "backup" of RF2 files (controller ini, setups that sorta thing),

There will be both a full installer, and an update.

So you can go from:
nothing -> new build
build 69 -> new build
