Since when does an official track release form S397 need a base MOD? I payed for this track yet I cannot use it. I uninstalled, deleted all folders and did a fresh install.

good golly, how many times must this be answered. YOU HAVE A TRACK PACK or mod that is tied to an old version of your purchased track. S397 assigns new version numbers when they update cars or tracks and this then breaks any mod, or skinpak that was tied to the old version. Just delete the trackpack/mod/car skinpak that is causing the problem and your S397 DLC will then work as expected. You may be able to find an updated version of the trackpack/mod that is correctly tied to the new version number. But remember, next time S397 updates some track or car tied to a mod, you will get the same errors all over again.
