New UI size issue

Hi all,
I don't know if this is a really issue or not, but with the new UI I'm not able to have the menus with fullscreen res and, also, the HUD is not correctly shown with the dark elements on the edges.

Here two screenshots.

I've discovered into Config_DX11.ini two strings (WidescreenUI and WidescreenHUD) set as 0: if I put both at 1, nothing happen and, once I return to Windows, they are back to 0.
I remember with the old UI there was a setting in the graphic menu option related to UI but now it has been removed.

Anyone with the same issue? Any help?

Thanks in advance

Hi Magnus,
Sorry I can’t help with the situation but I think I’ve got a similar problem. In the start up, menu and UI screens the background seems slightly grainy and the writing seems slightly out of focus, once I’m driving out on track it looks fine. I also have this exact same thing in R3E. I have a fairly powerful PC with a 4k monitor and when playing ACC,AMS2,PC2,AC the menu screens and UI are crystal clear so I know it’s not my system and something more to do with rF2 and R3E, I’m not the best technically when it comes to this sort of stuff so I’ll be keeping an eye on this thread for any answers/solutions.

So no one with the same issue?
Meanwhile I tried to update both graphic card and monitor drivers with no results.

Drivers shouldn't affect the looks of a screen, but rather what features are available in the more modern games. Try re-running the Graphic config tool, make sure if you use a window'd version that the in-game screen rez matches your desktop.

Sorry man, but if I posted a thread and request a feedback/support, it means that for me is important. I know by myself what is important or not, don't worry.
And yes, fyi, I've already did what you suggested.

name a new driver version that specifically addressed DX11 in the past two years. That's all I'm saying. Videocard/graphics have moved on. I hope you find a solution.
