Released New!!! Radical SR3 XX 2020

Hi @R.Noctua I tried to replicate this last night and managed to do so - seems to be most prominent when coasting - I've passed it over to the development workflow to be looked at.

Many thanks
I reported the issue a week earlier and got no response :(

I chalked it up to the issues with the build that was rolled back

Hi @Paul Jeffrey.

I've tried once more with the new Nvidia drivers and the problem with the rev counter flickering remains. Is there an ETA for a fix? Great car that works well with all the official tracks (maybe not KartSim ones!) but the rev counter acting up really isn't much fun.

I guess a work around would be to change cameras but it shouldn't be for paid content.

Cheers.

Cheers Travis,

It is a known issue that has been logged in our system. I don't have an eta on timings unfortunately, but it will be addressed at some point in future I'm sure.

Cheers

That flickering for an old paid content was the reason to refund it right away just yesterday.., and even if it gets fixed someday the company's attitude remains :)

This car still looses all tire sound when it rains, will this ever be fixed?
I think that all depends upon how committed S397 is to porting all cars to the new sound engine. IF...and I really don't know...IF they plan on moving all cars to the new standard, then it would be a waste of time to investigate and correct an old sound issue that will someday be abandoned. However, if they don't plan on moving all of their cars to the new sounds...then they should really look into this.

Thats a bloody good point mate, hopefully they will just get it on the new sound engine and that will solve it

I prefer left-hand drive 1000 times (European non-British), so I'm for it to be totally generalized, on one strict condition :

IRL the car must exist in left hand.

No unrealism in my rFactor 2!!

I'm pretty sure than every users have unreal features, like HUD, virtual mirrors....it's so funny, every user doesn't want unreal feature when it affects only his immersion...
The best way is to 3d render both left and right, it's so easy with a good software, with one click you can reverse a 3D model easily....so every one si happy.
If the 3D model was not encrypted, I can reverse with one click each cockpit...

Yes, sure, and you can turn it upside down. So why not?
Remember that every car that S397 brings out is licensed, so maybe there are restrictions.
And another thing, it's annoying that in today's world, no one is happy with what they get. Everyone is grumbling, complaining. Real deficiencies, i.e. bugs, belong to be fixed, but it's outrageous to constantly demand more.
