Purchased rF2, received the confirmation at the end of the purchase (didn't write the RF number down though), message said a confirmation email would be coming in a few minutes. Been about 30 minutes, no email confirmation, no email saying the purchase was declined and I am entirely unable to login to rFactor. I get invalid credentials, user not found, invalid user. If I had made a mistake in the purchase I would have thought I would have received an email or something. I am unable to activate because I have to log in. I am unable to reset my password, because I am not a valid user. So here I sit, ready to give the sim another shot and it's frustrating to not be able to even successfully log in. I have already sent an email to support@rfactor.net and purchase@rfactor.net but simply have a hard time believing that purchasing rFactor2 has to be this difficult.

This was fixed at, btw, it was user error. I rushed through the process and ended up combining email addresses incorrectly. When I wrote this I sounded like an impatience prick. I'm really not like that
LOL - I know I know...but i realized after not being on the forums for 5 years that 1) I sound like a prick and 2) it was resolved as a result of my own ineptitude. So, you know...just in case someone comes across mogwai as being a pratt, I wanted to make sure it was addressed. 5 year too late
