Released NEW! GT3 Pack - Now Available!

The lights of default content are pretty bad (unless you have a machine good enough to run high post processing, but even then they flicker), some modders get it better IMO. I mean cars, the tracks are ok ish.
I wish they'd change the way they do this. But then cockpit leds are still not correctly adjusted... not sure if that will ever happen =/

Hey guys, I'm sure this probably has been asked before (and I promise, I used the search function :D ), but is there any word or way to get a template for the Mercedes' banner?

Guys, try gt3 without tc and abs (also on low...). Without, gt3 cars are very easy to drive (like other gt like GT1/Gt2/gt500/gt4/gte etc...). No need to these aids. And do you really think that rf2 correctly simulate abs/tc ?????? No.....

It doesn't simulate TC and ABS realistically in that in real life the GT3 cars have much more than 3 levels. However, with the settings turned up high enough the cars are actually very easy to drive. I remember watching a video of a journalist who was told that he could abuse the throttle all he wanted and he'd never spin.

And as far back as 2004 I remember David Hobbs saying the same thing during an F1 race. And F1 cars are much more affected by wheel spin, because they weigh so little.

Of course maximum levels are not going to allow the fastest lap times, because some slip is needed for maximum acceleration and braking. That's assuming that the driver is good enough to achieve that without destabilizing the car. I would imagine that plenty of "gentleman" drivers are simply instructed to use the maximum of both.

can the BRAKELIGHTS on the radical be made more strong? Cars behind me complained they couldn´t notice them very well, not to say at all (lights on). Also BRAKE lights seem to be weak for the other cars if lights are on.
Indeed the brake lights should be more intense. This seems to be the case in all SIMs for some reason.

Please either unlock the .mas files or prepare and present detailed data sheets for all the cars with tyre information, engine/brake temperature ranges, engine lifetime etc. Such data would be available for a driver in real life :)

That's just about creating more steps for that but the background of ABS and TC is fully functional and not baked. It's just a personal taste. I would like more steps for TC for example but it's not top priority for me. Because what we have now works as it should. Just less steps to choose from. That's it.

@Christopher Elliott

The GT3, especially the radical gt3, have a sound too much too loud.

We no longer hear our own engine.

I drive very often in multiclass with many different cars :

- We hear almost only the GT3
- We don't hear enough our engine.

The technical changes are probably easy to do, can you plan them ?

Reduce the volume of opponents in the options = we don't hear the opponents (except the GT3)

You can adjust the sounds, yours and opponents. The sound is not too loud, in real life it would be that loud that's why the drivers and crew wear ear protectors.

Adjust your sound in the settings.

It is too loud comparing to other cars/mods.
If you adjust for Radical GT3 then it doesn't work for anything else and vice versa

You have no idea what you are talking about... do you even own the pack?

Yes you can do that, but as already discussed at the time of the release (in this very thread) Studio397 should've made it fit in with other official mods, this pack doesn't and for official releases it is annoying to have to change sound settings for different mods when a standard had already been set.

You may be right, ever since the GT3 Pack came out I haven't much used any other mod. I am sure Studio 397 will eventually adjust the volume, I'd hate it if it got reduce too much though. Cheers.
