We should be ok. Summer makes Sim Racing less attractive but I will have a guess and say around 15 Also I'm putting a survey together for members to give feedback as we move on from F3's
I couldn't do any laps yet because I was sick the last few days and had no time before that. But I'm planning to join on Sunday and hopefully get some time in the next 2 days to do some training laps. Any setup help would be appreciated, especially a setup from you Paul (Thanks again for that), which worked awesome for me on Mills
Well guys, I'm gonna be out for a while Did have some back pain for a while, then it spread to my left leg, now making me unable to apply the brake pedal......doctor said this morning that I got a hernia. So.....just skipping this event is not the only thing anymore; don't know how long it takes, but I'm probably out for a bit longer now. Just wanted to mention it; there's nothing the matter, I'm not pissed of or something, but just not able to race for a while. Have fun guys and see you all back asap!
I should be able to race with you this week! I really dont have enough time to practice, but hopefully I will not be last!
It would be great to see you on track. If you want to get involved in the points system just follow the first page here. I could not make it last night, I didn't think I'd be home in time and I was right, Cricket training, 32° and the beer garden after training was a hard offer to refuse Thanks to the 5 ARI members who raced last night or at least turned up for some laps. Like I said in the email, support for others will go a long way here.
Can't wait (as always) for tomorrow's race to come, I think it's going to be a close battle in the top ten. Yesterday's was an interesting event. I think 0% damage is not a good setting. In qualifying it was almost imposible to find a lap where somebody didn't crash in front of you. Don't know if people were a bit nervous or lack of experience. Unluckily for me in the first curve of the first lap someone hit me from behind and sent me outside the track over the fence. It took me 2 minutes to find a way back to track (forest and fences everywhere). The rain helped to recover the lost pace and ended up in 7th (8th if nikos wouldn't have gone wide in the last lap in parabolica).
Everybody was trying 110% and track was too short for 30 players. My mistake that I didn't choose 10k version, I really didn't expect more than 15 players.
Wish I was there, mingling with the ladies and beer and not having Gorgias on my neck, racing for last bend, last lap, in a drenched 25 lap Monza!
That car doesn't seems to brake that good. At least I could fully step the pedal and only lock the right front wheel at the very end of the braking, that made for scary brakings in parabolica I went off there at least once that I remember. Let's hope not to have the same problems today as the first curve of Putnam likes sending drivers to the grass.
