    have been playing rf2 a few months now and this is my first time having a real problem with this game,

    its totally understandable that this kinda stuff can happen but i must say, the communication from you makes the whole process SOOO much more bearable !
    I wont go into naming and shaming the so called 'big developers' (EA cough cough) out there, but they do not seem to understand how helpful it is to a community in times like this to just talk to us....letting us know your aware and working on it goes a hell of a longway to us impatient players :D and so +1 to u guys for that.

    yeah, same here. Not working for a while now, I forget how long it's been. Awaiting these "steps" to follow, to reclaim my account/ ;-) Though with mine, when I login, I get only a box that says close, nothing else
