    Gents,
I am attempting to do a little housekeeping in my installed vehicles.
I have many cars which show "workshop item" when I hover over them but there seems to be 3-4 versions eg 1.19,1.21,1.49,1.51
Do I need them all in there?
If not how can I delete them if it says workshop item?

    Thanks in advance.
    David

Generally speaking, you’ll get multiple versions if, when there is an update, the current version is tied to a vmod, so firstly I’d check all mods using the mod manager in the bin32 folder and uninstall the vmod/s using the older content, then go and delete from the installed folders all the non current ones.

By that he means, you need two versions without any gaps in the numbers. v1.19 and v1.20 is an example. Often times mod makers who put together a package of skins will choose a larger version number, so v1.19 and v1.20 might have a skin pak you downloaded with a version number of v1.25. Also, skins are often tied to a specific version of a car, so if you suddenly get errors like "can't find an unknown version" it means the original versions of 1.19 and 1.20 have been updated by S397 to a new version and that will break the old skin pack.
