Move a car by points on the map

Hey modders!
I want to make a plugin, that move the cars by giving it positions on the track. Is it possible to do? Or Is there any plugin like this?
 
No, you can't do that. Not sure what you're trying to achieve, but you could create an AIW upgrade for a track that defines different starting locations as different "layouts", but that would be the same for all cars. Alternatively you could have starting locations spread around the track, but limited control over where people end up - no 'live' option.
 
Thanks for the help. Just learning to make some plugins with ai driving on the map, with points I gave it.:D

Can't? You could: read the car position and orientation, work out where you want it to go next, fake the inputs to drive the car. Rinse and repeat. A crude version would probably not be that difficult, doing it with any sophistication and moving the car at any great speed would be a lot of work.

Yeah, I was thinking teleport-style rather than autonomous vehicle :cool:

As always, more information is beneficial.
