    To explain on the title..

Currently the tyre bundles seem to be becoming more like they should be, like a tyre bundle and not some solid object... However, I've seen tracks (ISI) that have tyre bundles that when you hit them and yes they act like they should but they move over the track if someone hits them dead centre or on the wrong side of the bundle...

My wish is to have these tyre bundles around say a solid post, centre row of tyres or whatever, but basically what it does is allow the tyres to move, hit them like a tyre bundle and not move from their spot to much but spin on say an axis / another object (if that make sense).

What it can do if these tyres were to remain on an axis (so to speak) is stop drivers from cutting that corner, stop drivers from intentionally hitting the tyres to dislodge them into the path of other preceding drivers where it may cause damage and or intentionally hitting them to remove them for the next lap where they can cut the corner some more..

It would make a great alternative to corner cutters if these tyres would move if hit, but not move from their axis that was created by track designers. If the maker used a small pin like axis, it could have the tyres move more, where someone using a bigger post or inner tyres would have the tyres move around less.

Yes, it could bring back the argument of tyres being like a solid wall if hit dead on, but if your car hits a tyre bundle head on then you would want your car to bounce of the tyres (a softer impact) and leave some pretty good damage anyway would you not...
