[REL] Mountain Forest rf2 0.92 (Download)

Today I did practices and a race on this new track. Must say it's very well done. Offers diversity of difficulties and splendid landcsape with bridges covered by cobble stones and 2 tunnels. I had lots of fun with my NSX on this track. But noted something very odd in second tunnel.
At about 2/3ds of this tunnel the power goes down for 2 seconds like engine dying, then it recovers and you find yourself shifting down in 2nd to regain speed a bit before exit. I noticed it at every lap I did, as well in practise as in race.

After the race I watched a replay (cam has some issues to follow cars due to terrain various elevation) but I did specifically watch what was happening when in that tunnel. And I saw on indicators at bottom left of replay screen that at 2 thirds of that second tunnel my throttle went to 0% and my brakes to 100%. While I was not touching them and had foot on gas and in third gear!

So for me this is a bug. Maybe due to terrain/track ground in that spot? Try it.

Apart from that little glitch that will cost you 3 seconds each time, the track is fabulous, in full nature, and does change from classic tracks. Loved how I could swerve out the cobbles stones turns with rear of NSX going a bit wide but easy to control. I LOVE YOUR TRACK AND THIS SIMULATOR !!

also need to create a new AIW.

Many thanks for this track, just tested the latest version (0.92). Maybe there is a small AIW problem left?

 
A bit dated, but loads of fun. Thanks for the update Mario.

I'm still hoping that you'll one day find the time to take a look at Lienz.

Maybe/ Hopefully isi is releasing a version of lienz. I would give my left eye for a proper isi Standart lienz track. I love it so much.
