Recently purchased the Formula E Generation pack and the Monaco track will not verify.

It will stay at 19% indefinitely. I've tried unsubscribing to the track, but that doesn't work as well.
I've tried verifying my game files, but it hasn't changed the issue.
    Any help would be great!

Go to your SteamLibrary folder and browse to steamapps/workshop/content/365960, in here is a bunch of folders with numbers. Now go to the steam workshop page where you subscribe/unsubscribe to the item and look at the end of the URL, there will be a number. Look for the folder named after this number and delete it. Also check in steamapps/workshop/downloads/365960 and delete any files that are in there, then restart steam and it should redownload the track from scratch. You might also have to do the resubscribe steps again

So, I've tried this and ended up with the same result.

If I even try to start the game while unsubscribed to the DLC and with all the required files deleted, steam will try and download the file before starting the game.

the only people using the beta options would be those helping to debug the game freeze problems or users who need compatibility with one of the older versions of the sim. EVERYONE else, and that means everyone who has purchased any of the DLC content, must opt out of the beta.
