Modding Downloads

This is actually affecting/effecting? Both? a few of my professional modeler friends... They own 3D Max and are current with their plans. therefore they can't have 2012 installed.

Will RF2 work with 3DS Max 2017. Are there plugins for the 2017 version? The game support files only show 2012.
My 3D software auto updates always to the latest version.

Currently no. Plus I don't think they will make the plugins. The workflow will be changing towards FBX files getting loaded into gJED. Have a look here: http://wiki.rfactor.net/index.php?title=GJED

There are some videos I uploaded onto my Racing Sim Modding Youtube channel which are by @Gijs van Elderen which may be of some use to you. More subs and contributions we have to the channel, the better :)

Thanks woodee. What got me started on this was trying to get a template for the superGT.
Did one from the mas files but while it seves for a quick and dirty skin change not good for those looking to do a complete redesign.
