I decided to adjust the angle of the "real" mirrors so I can use them in VR. It worked fine when I made the adjustment and played that day. Then the next day when I started it back up, the mirrors were too bright. I changed cars and tracks to see if the problem was related to that. However, so far it doesn't matter what track I use or what car, the mirrors are just too bright.

What I mean by too bright, it is as if the sun were hitting the mirrors and you cannot see anything out of them. As I drive, sometimes I can see some washed out images. But most of the time all I see is the bright mirrors. And this applies to all 3 mirrors, the two outside and the center one.

I'm sure there is something I changed, but for the life of me I can't figure out what I did because the only thing I remember doing was changing the angles of the mirrors.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

BTW, I found someone who asked a question similar to mine, but I never saw an answer:

@Louis I wasn't able to replicate this in the Formula Two at Silverstone, even with PP set to maximum. Can you post your graphics settings?

*Can you also show your session settings? I might have had a different time of day, think I was default 3:30pm.

Something to try, change the name your player.JSON file to anything (eg: BAK_player.JSON).
Start rF2 and it will create a new player files.
If that doesn't work try doing the same for the "all cars.cch" . That name is most likely wrong but the cch file that has each car's mirrors, seat etc positions.

I think Adsta is probably right. Previously i did a cbash and shaders folder cleaning and i was avoiding to try this solution to not have to mess with json file and hoping it as just a matter of outdated mods.
    Let´s see.
edit: not json problem. will try the all cars.cch

Tried moving player.json, all cars and tracks.cch and all vehicles.ini at same time, lowering road reflections and it didnt worked.
Now i will try all together and clening cbash and shaders

    edit: nothing worked

It worked now. Check file integrity through steam did the job. Thanks 365960_20180818115145_1.png
