My in car mirrors are black and my virtual mirrors wont toggle on. I've check the options menu, I've checked my controls setting (mirror toggle set to num 3 which is default I believe) and I've check my player json file. I vaguely recall a fella on a Sim Racing Face book page inquiring about the same thing not to long ago. I've also turned off HDR and deleted the contents of my shader folder (at least the sim looks better now) Lastly I ran a file integrity check via steam and it downloaded 7 missing files but still I have no mirrors. I've run out of ideas.
Hey guys I also had the problem with the black mirrors, i changed my grafic card from and amd card to nvidia, problem was gone Now my teammate has the same problem SINCE he changed his card from amd to nvidia Has somebody an idea how to fix it ? We already tried to install content new, turn mirrors on and off and deleted the log/shaders files Thanks a lot
Most of the time it is the track you are using not having its reflection mappers set (or set incorrectly), or nothing flagged to reflect. The game worls fine, its either the car or track mod you are using.
