I have wiring drawing at home can post it tonight.
The arduino sketch is made from simhub, so unless you use that you have to figure out how to do that. I can upload the sketch, but it will only work with simhub.
The arduino required is one with a ATmega32u4 chip, because it has some sort of joystick controller support.

Can all of these excellent tips and guidance on how to adjust mirrors and seat position possibly be consolidated into one master guidance document for the rF2 community one day please?
 
Is it only me or is Shift + Up = move mirrors down and Shift + Down = move mirrors up still not working?

Same for me,the guide is redundant.

Probably the worst thing about this sim,the pointless MANUAL mirror adjustment when other sims don't have this implemented.

the UP and DOWN refer to the keys you have assigned to move the SEAT up or down. So perhaps it would be clearer if the text read:
Shift+(Seat Up Key) or Shift+(Seat down key) or Shift+(Seat Forward key) or Shift + (Seat rearward key). Same goes for the ALT or CTRL keys. they combine with the movement keys assigned in the menus to the SEAT, not the directional arrow keys.

Yes its seat movement that is linked to mirror movement. Whatever you have your seat movement to is what you combine with CTRL for left mirror and ALT for right mirror for me.

Tried that and no Right mirror adjustment.,

Please EFF the Manual mirror adjustment off PLUEEEASSE!!!!!!!

I just want to get in my car and drive and not EFF around with bloody mirrors.

Iracing has mirrors that work without this shenanigans.
 
And to think every time we get in a new car we have to do this BS.

@Manfredk2 I have assigned the left Shift Key for switching the PitSpeed Limiter on and off and i can move the Mirrors up and down with the right Shift + Seat up/down now.
Maybe it works for you too.

@Proud Tiger This Video Game is meant to be a Simulation, so, can you adjust the Mirrors of a real Car?
Yes you can.
So it's properly simulated. ;)

Lmao ,I can't remember the last time I drove my car I had a KB on my lap flaffing around with KB combinations to adjust my mirrors.

A simple move with the hand and in a few seconds,they are done.

This sim DOES NOT simulate real car mirrors.
