Mario, I think I have messed with arranging your scripts too much, I need to delete the category for your scripts and start all over, how can one delete the category MMtools that I created? **Skip the cry for help. Finally got it sorted out. I was skipping a step and didn't really need to start all over. Thanks again, for these tools!
You can't delete the "Category" Category is related to plugin/script. You can delete custom toolbars or Menus.
Holy crap, Mario! Your tools are amazing I know I have a lot to learn but wow in 20 minutes I traced a park road in google earth, saved to kml, downloaded and installed your scripts, imported kml and created a track. Obviously MUCH work still to do and I need to understand everything better and much to learn but wow am I impressed. And I haven't even checked out the editor, etc. etc. etc. Nice!
Question. Weird issue. When I first used track creator the result was a good resolution. Now for whatever reason I am only getting two polys wide, even if I set resolution to be 4 or 6. Thoughts? Just in case useful here is the kml i am importing via import geo --> https://www.mediafire.com/?kka84fcjsa1750q Edit - Nevermind. I exited and re-started Max and works perfect Edit - Oh no. I got greedy and tried to join two sections and now can't get resolution back even if start over and after re-starting max. Hang on, though, and I will try to get it back but if you have any ideas let me know. I can create a video too if helpful but I want to try again a couple of times and see if i get lucky. If I can get the track to create at correct resolution then I will definitely save the file!
You see Two because you are in Spline MODE. When press EDIT button the modifiers "Surface" and "Edit Poly" are off. To turn on press EDIT with Right-mouse Button.
With my tool i can do decals (lines) in multi selected surfaces. When press the button "Create decal" the tool intersection between the sweep modifier and selected surfaces. The result isn't only a Boolean interception. The tool creates points where they are needed. I want to thank bink by this method.
I like BTB its simplicity and functionality, change objects interactively. Mozhnoli like to implement in 3D max or have to write new tools based on the fact that the Loft and lift excess?
See the ease of use. And find out if the same level of simplicity to do 3Dmax. Because I'm learning 3D max and need to do a lot of action that would make something like that .. Why is that?
