I used this address when I execute rFactor2 online. http://rfactor.net/rf2mm.php but during a few days. it seemed like it dosent work at all. online players numbers are same every time. for example "F2 2012 F1R-UK" is "4/30", everytime. you guys see that?
Yes it is currently still broken - seems ISI changed something so they will need to change that page too but I would say that is not a priority right now.
That page will break and start working on and off as they change the code. I'll remind them it's not working, but it might not be high on their list.
The page looks broken in Opera 12.02 (not sure if you support this browser). PS: It is broken from the beginning, it's not something new.
Ok. Do you care to explain how does it work when it works? Does it gather people that have the same mods as you (invitation system)?
Maybe Abriel misunderstood you. Matchmaker is a web site where one can see rFactor 2 online servers indicating which Mod and Track and how many players are on the servers. So, yes, its a simple server list, view only, no actions can be taken, like join a server etc.
It is great for people who don't have the computer always turned on (but have a pad or smartphone) or aren't using windows as their main OS. Im not using windows as my main OS so this is really usefull, otherwise i have to reboot to windows and start rf2 to see whats going on online. I think its even very usefull if you are in windows already since opening a website is faster than starting rf2.
Sorry to necro this thread, but the web-based Matchmaker (http://rfactor.net/rf2mm.php) doesn't seem to be working. I've been getting this error pop-pup since a couple of days: The list stays empty, after clicking "OK". Not even a hard refresh (CTRL+F5) works.
Getting the same thing for a while now. Posted this to tech support with no response. This tool is very useful for seeding servers.
I emailed him last week. He had other things in front but I'd hope this coming week. Sent from a mobile device using Tapatalk
