Massive FPS issues since build 1110

Hey there,

Since build 1110 is out i have massive fps issues with my setup.
It does not matter what settings i use. (Low-mid-high, low-high res, AA on-off, VR on-off)
FPS stay between 25-40 at all times.

But i also noticed this:

Ctrl+f ingame shows no cpu usage and a gpu load of only 8. taskmanager as well as msi afterburner give other values... (100% gpu load) This occures with every setting. even with 1280x720 and lowest settings. These Problems only happen with rfactor 2 and not with other softwares.

My System:
AMD FX8350 @ 4.2GHz
16GB Quadchannel DDR3 RAM
Geforce GTX 970 G1 Gaming
Game is on SSD.

This happens since the build 1110. Before and after a complete system reinstall.

1109 works for me tho. including VR at medium-high settings.

That strange black cloak thing happens to me sometimes as in your vid kartsim

I was trying to pinpoint which setting etc before reporting

On the performance problems just uninstall rfactor2 & do a fresh install
 
He said he had already reinstalled the entire system. This bug has come up a few times, it may be something that only S397 can fix. Only thing I can suggest is try a different GPU driver version from Nvidia, because clearly it's something with the GPU.

The stream is from build 1109. everything worked there without big problems. Fresh install has been done 2 times now. first on my old system and now after the complete system reset.

I tried 2 different drivers. The latest 397.31 and 391.35.
 
I had quite the same issue, with FPS between 15 and 25. AMD here too but not sure it's related. I 'downgraded' Anti Aliasing in Video Setup Dx11 panel from Level 3 to Level 1 and FPS was +70 again.
