We have a problem with mas utility tool. On dedicated server, with this configuration Intel Core i5 3570 3.40 GHz, Windows 2008 R2, 8gb Ram, we open tool it's ok, but when i click on "create the package file" tool crashes. Up to 2-3 months ago tool working correctly.

Have you idea for solve this problems?

Delete these two files if they exist and then try the tool again:
    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\cmpinfo.dat
    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\pkginfo.dat

pkginfo.dat is where the mas tool stores settings related to rfmods. cmpinfo.dat is where it stores settings related to rfcmp file. Neither of these files exist until you make an rfmod or rfcmp. If you don't have cmpinfo.dat then you probably haven't built a component before.
