losing wheel and pedal connection (moza)

Hello all. I am running the Moza R5 base, wheel, and pedals with rFactor2 on PC, windows 11. Been fine for months until just recently. While in a race, I will suddenly lose all wheel and pedal capabilities - the entire Moza system has basically disconnected itself from rFactor2. I can restart everything and start a new race, but then it just happens again. I appear to be fully updated with Moza and rFactor2 firmware and software. Any ideas??? Please help!

Are you plugged in to your computer, or through a USB hub?
