Looking for somebody to convert GT legends mod to rF2

Its not yet released for rF2. Check the GTL version for now

 

I would also suggest BorekS LeMans Classic mod if nobody has tried that in GTL. I started on an rF2 conversion of that, but haven't been able to work on that in a while due to real life commitments.


Converting from GTL is pretty much the same as converting from rF1 and GTR2. The difficulty is getting things to look good in rF2. My lack speed converting, physics knowledge and material settings also doesn't help with the over all quality

This project is going forward very well! 3 cars are now converted and rest are done soon.

GBR P83 now converted.
Very fun car to drive:
-Very heavy (Engine itself weights 251 KG)
-H16 Engine. Loud and powerful
-Uses much more gas than other cars, so at start of race car is slower than others.
-Rear end is quite heavy, so car becomes quite hard to drive with low fuel (fuel tank is at front)
-6 gear transmission

By soft you mean suspension or what?

I actually made the cars suspension almost double stiffer than bt20. On what parts you think it looked softer than you would think these cars would be?

 

I think Guimengo means the skippy BRM effect at the 0:33 video time, for example.

its funny because people speaked against a hard suspension at our F1 1964 Cooper T73 (a mod by me and deep-strike for GTL/GTR2/rF)

 

Yeah when looking some replays in rF2 they look bit more softer than in some videos I have seen. Some videos saw quite much movement in hard braking on 60's real videos, but nothing else haven't noticed. Also would imagine these people driving corners more gently than sim drivers as we don't have to fear getting ourselfs killed Don't think that BRM looks unrealistic now. I thinks its quite decent when im not drifting the car 24/7
