Maybe I'm the noob, but i don't see the option of ip address using. Sometimes not listing our server, and a IP address option would be good.
Unfortunately that is no longer an option since rf2. Not sure if they will add it in the future but don't count onnit.
I too miss this option, but it's probably the wrong way to fix the issue here. The matchmaker sometimes falls over, or sometimes a particular server doesn't want to show up and needs a refresh or 14 to appear, but rF2 requires a current license to race online so we can't bypass the system completely (otherwise there'll be a number of people using it who haven't paid for it, which I don't think any of us wants). So 'all' we need is a more reliable system so we never need to have a backup. Sounds easy eh?
