Logging Out-of-Realtime Physics Freezes [public-test]

I had rarely experienced the stuttering, but it happened twice tonight. At Sebring for a brief period around the last corner, and a longer stutter through several corners at Le Mans 24hr. I can't seem to sign up to drop box, I'll try some other way.
 
It seems to be integrated as a permanent feature now.
May i repeat my question, when we get an option to complete disable this log recording?

My answer still stands and as you can see from this thread, we are still having some people reporting problems.

In the mean time we did optimize the logging to be a lot less intrusive.

But we will certainly make it optional going forward, that promise stands.

This video when is the test for disconnect lag in my server. (~1h40m50s)
And it is replay review at disconnect.(~3h12m30s)
All players experienced that at same timing(Replay posision about 729sec.).

New Build(1114) is pretty good I think. I could not feel almost Stutter lag.
And TUNING lock was good when i trid.
But I have been thought the most problem is disconnect lag for some time.
So I wish this solving earlier.

So from what I have read ... it is not possible to disable these logs being saved ?? considering that if they are not sent, they are of no use, they should be able to be deactivated. Even be disabled by default, and only those who have problems and want to send logs, activate it.

In my case since they started creating these logs, every time we pass session or leave the server, it takes me about 10sec to wait. But there is a pilot in my league who, I cannot assure 100% that it is for this but I think so, it takes a while that takes a lot, until it reaches the point that one day it took + 30sec and he was out of the race . :(
 
Got a Freeze when another Driver joined. we was allready out, saw him as yellow car. After I went back to pit I got 2x leave/join Messages for him, but he was not leaving / joining , he was on his outlap all time.
We use skinupload and we both met 1st time with new skins, so I got his one and he mine.
At 744xxx there are some unreal high Physics times > 1.0. Ist just the simple log

Hey guys,

I finally have some good data for you.
This happened in practice session in VEC2 server, i used to be very unusual a freeze occur on practice session before the 1115 update.
In the replay the time stamp is at 1940s and i lost anything between 0.3 to 0.4s on the delta.

After this i went to check the replay, at it was a good opportunity to shouw you guys what happens to me everytime i watch a replay in game, after that the game gets very stuttery, so in the data im sending you, after the freeze there should be a lot of stutters when i went back to the track, i noticed that when they happened on the realtime thingy you have there was a small pointed line appearing under the first purple bar. (arrow pointing at the line place in the photo, line isnt present in the photo)

To solve this problem i need to leave the server and get back in!
