If you want, i think i can offer my private Version, basing on an older Version of the S397 LeMans Track. I just would have to use the current S397 Version and overwork the AIW, i guess.

I don't know, I think it was mainly a question of respect towards the creators to ask permission, because if the studio397 is an official recording company, all modifications must be prohibited.
Hello guys, thank you for your interest in our old babies. To clarify the situation a bit, Virtua_LM is not active anymore for many years now so please don't rely too much on the website content. Anyway, MonSum and I had a quick chat yesterday on this particular topic and we both agree to let you proceed with the modifications you want to bring.
