Just watched the Twitch Sebring stream , the track looked great back then ! Must look even greater now :)

Why is Rene Buttler using the CSL base while the CSWv2 base sits on the shelf ?

- Added support for a new dirt map : seems very good (immersion/realism).
- Optimizing our post effects : very good news.
But not enough (optimise : rain for all users, time transitions, AI, mirrors).
- Sebring : seems to be very very high quality, laser scanned, the new reference.
- GT3/GTE : new tires (some physics modifications) + TC/ABS = OFF ! Good.
- Reiza bundle next month : good.

The best road map for 2 years.

Can we know APPROXIMATELY to 3 months when the UI comes out ?

That video of Sebring,just wow,some clips look so life like,and those tarmac details,wow,see the detail in and around that yellow line,

How did the oversize rain drops make it into the Sebring video? Captured a while ago?

And while I'm being critical with rain, the 'haze' effect isn't strong enough. With very heavy rain (which looks heavy in the cockpit) a distant camera shouldn't have a clear view of the track and car - you can see a haze well off in the distance, but not enough at the track-camera distance. In real life that haze is how you know it's raining in the distance, the game doesn't use this enough. IMO :D

Apart from that, totally echo the sentiments regarding the video. Some shots really are amazing.

Wasn't expecting the roadmap, nice surprise. Sebring today! Wow. Straight after the GT3 and GTE updates. Along with some performance increase for VR and non VR? Outstanding! More new content in August with Reiza DLC as well.

Keep up this momentum. Looking good S397 :)
 
I can't qualify my improvements exactly, but being able to run 25AI in a race is a huge step for my system (i5-750). Only a few tiny moments of CPU out of sync at the start, but nothing that disrupted the driving or racing.
 
The tire model fitted to the GT3 pack is amazing. I am enjoying driving them again. :cool:
And all these other tweaks :cool: I thank you very much for the work you're putting in at S397. :)
