    Woah, enabling HAM results in a quite noticable performance gain on my system. Kinda makes me want to pressure other developers to implement the same thing in their titles.:D Thanks guys!

    Even thou I'm not a VR user, I'm glad to see so many people getting some noticeable performance gain.
    Good job S397 and happy racing VR users =)

    I hope the S397 hears us. Still, a good HUD is a very important thing. :)

    Tires, delta, and everything else should be on the same screen, not on the menu.
    The bottom of the bar is a very strange thing. There must be people who find it convenient, but I've never seen anything like it anywhere else in another game .

    The only salvation for me is CrewChief.

    I just read "oh great performance!" and i thought "REALLY?! I gotta have me some of that HAM!". Luckily i already have good performance but i thought if could get even more than i could run max graphics in rain and thunderstorm during night without losing any frames. :D

    is HAM part of the beta because i don't see any Hidden Area Mask section in my player.json, i am on regular version not the beta ?

    "VR Enable Hidden Area Mask":true,
    You have to start the game once after the update for it to appear in the player.json, beta or non beta.
    It is turned on by default.

    Sorry if mentioned, but I couldn't find any feedback, does this work with opencomposite? I understand it doesn't work with SteamVR? -
    Seems ok w/ OC v1.0.1, need to find lowered settings though from triples.

    Works here with oculus and opencomposite. Can not really tell you if there is a performance increase as I did not benchmark pre and post update.

    from where have you downloaded opencomposite? the one i have crashes while loading track :(

    Since opencomposite crashed following the update 2 weeks ago, I have tested SteamVR.

    In fact it works very well for me.

    You have to deactivate the SteamVR reprojection for rF2 specifically, and select a supersampling based only on the percentage.

    If you are using my fork (v1.01), you just need to set threePartSubmit to false.

    Glad you mentioned that, as I was confused why the values in the .ini file were different (mostly opposite) between rF2 & R3E. I don't think the link shared by @Clemenca is your fork, but I'm using your fork v1.01, so can you just confirm what default values the .ini should have for these 2 games?

    Plugin includes ini with rf2 recommended defaults. Raceroom same as before (disable skybox/cubemap), enable layers, enable dx10 mode. The only thing canged from v1.0 threePartSubmit should be set to false in rf2 :)
